Jorge García

Jorge L García is a seasoned entrepreneur and product strategist with significant experience in the technology and financial services sectors. As the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Cuanto since September 2018, Jorge has contributed to enhancing the capacity of Latin American merchants to accept online payments, laying the groundwork for modern financial solutions in the region. Previously, as Co-founder and Vice President of Product at ubiqua from 2012 to April 2018, Jorge played a crucial role in developing enterprise software, notably the Ubiqua AVE application that streamlines the B2B selling process. Early career experiences include internships at Canal de Panamá, Copa Airlines, and Indesa, providing a foundation in economic analysis and corporate project development. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and has furthered entrepreneurial education through Y Combinator.
