Justin Schmid, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business intelligence, eCommerce merchandising, and leadership. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Intelligence & eCommerce Merchandising at Cub since March 2017, Justin has previously held various positions within the company, including eCommerce Merchandising Manager and Store Director. In addition to this role, Justin is actively involved with the St. Olaf Touchdown Club as a Board Member and President, overseeing operations and fundraising efforts. As President of JBJS Properties LLC since January 2021, Justin demonstrates entrepreneurial acumen. Prior experience includes a tenure as Assistant Store Manager at Walmart and various roles during time at St. Olaf College, including Tour Guide and Assistant Football Coach. Justin earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Olaf College, complemented by a certificate from the University of Southern California’s Food Industry Executive Program.
