Graham Poole is a pragmatic HR leader with extensive global experience, specializing in HR M&A and strategic people management. Currently serving as HR Integration Lead at Sygnature Discovery, they previously held significant roles, including HR Director for Inchcape APAC and Head of HR at Camelot Global. Graham's expertise spans various international markets, with notable achievements in HR due diligence and organizational integration during mergers and acquisitions. They earned a 2:1 degree in Archaeology from the University of Southampton and are pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel & Management from the University of Westminster. Additionally, Graham has trained in Transformative Coaching at the Animas Centre for Coaching.
