Joerg Serafimov

Joerg Serafimov, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Business Officer at AMW GmbH, overseeing a global commercial team and holding full P&L responsibility with a focus on driving double-digit growth. In addition to this role, Joerg is a member of the Board of Advisors at Cube RM, providing strategic commercial guidance. Previously, Joerg was the Global Head of Business Excellence at Centrient Pharmaceuticals, where efforts centered on commercial transformation and operational efficiency. Earlier roles included leadership positions at Sandoz, Novo Nordisk, and IMS Consulting, with extensive experience in market access, commercial strategy, and product management in the pharmaceutical industry. Joerg holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and a PhD in Chemical Biology from ETH Zurich.
