Nico Bacharidis

Nico Bacharidis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nico started their career as a Financial Controller at Coop from 2002 to 2005. Nico then joined Pfizer in various roles, including Business Analyst, Hospital, Pricing & Contracting Manager, Manager Channel Strategy, Lead Tender & Contracting Business for Europe, and Global Commercial & Capability Lead. Nico'sresponsibilities at Pfizer involved developing and implementing strategies, processes, and tools for the company's tender and contracting business, as well as driving innovation and change in the commercial institutional business. In 2018, Nico joined Cube RM as the Chief Commercial Officer and later became a Member of the Board of Advisors. Nico also founded and became the CEO of growpal Ltd in 2020. Nico has served as a Member of the Board of Advisors for FluidSolids Biocomposites and Saphetor, and as a Member of the Advisory Board for Regimen.

Nico Bacharidis completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Applied Sciences Baden from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, Nico completed a Global Account Management CAS at the University of St.Gallen in 2015, and a CAS Executive in Health Care Business with a focus on Hospital Management at the same university in 2007.
