Cubed Group is a developer-led property business based in Leeds, operating across Yorkshire.

We work with landowners, agents, registered providers and funding partners to bring forward residential, later living and mixed-use schemes. Our focus is on sites where early-stage input, clear strategy and disciplined delivery can unlock value.

We are hands-on throughout, combining development management and construction expertise to take projects from opportunity through to completion.

We are actively seeking new opportunities.

If you have a site with potential, get in touch.
