Nick Palairet is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investor relations. Currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations at Cubera Private Equity since September 2022, Nick leads fundraising efforts across multiple strategies, including secondary acquisitions and primary commitments to various buyout and impact funds. Prior to this role, Nick was the Managing Director at Asante Capital from February 2014 to September 2022, focusing on capital raising and advisory for alternative investment funds. Additional experience includes roles as Chief Investment Officer at Lordship Group, Director at Minerva Capital Advisors, Associate Director at Allco Finance Group, and Senior Associate at Bell Gully. Nick holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Otago.
