Lauren Magee

Lauren Magee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management at CubeSmart since February 2016, Lauren has successfully recommended, planned, and implemented various HR and Talent initiatives, while managing complex projects related to talent acquisition and teammate engagement. Prior to CubeSmart, Lauren worked at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP for over thirteen years as Human Resources Manager, handling full-cycle recruiting and conducting new hire orientations. Lauren began their career as Human Resources Coordinator at FAO Inc. (Zany Brainy), where responsibilities included benefits program communication and enrollment as well as managing unemployment claims. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Villanova University.
