Marcy Wegener is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in customer service, revenue management, and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Property Manager at CubeSmart since April 2019, Marcy has consistently exceeded monthly revenue, budget, and customer retention goals and has received multiple accolades for outstanding performance. With prior roles as General Manager and Store Manager at CubeSmart, Marcy demonstrated a strong ability to build customer relationships, manage property maintenance, and oversee auction processes. Previous experience includes customer service roles at Bolingbrook Park District and finance operations at Finance of America Commercial, along with managerial positions in hospitality and retail.
