Shane McConnell

Shane McConnell's work experience starts in 2010 at Saint Joseph's University, where they worked as a NCAA Game Crew and Student Equipment Manager until December 2012. Shane then became a Graduate Assistant and Building Supervisor at the university from January 2013 to May 2014.

In 2014, Shane joined CubeSmart as a Property Accountant and later transitioned to the role of Corporate Accountant from February 2015 to March 2016. Shane then worked as an Operations Analyst from March 2016 to May 2018. In May 2018, Shane was promoted to the position of Manager of Pricing and Revenue Management, which they held until March 2021. Following this, they became the Director of Pricing and Revenue Management until July 2022. Currently, Shane is working as the Director of Analytics and Business Insights at CubeSmart, starting from July 2022.

Shane McConnell completed their education at Saint Joseph's University. In 2012, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance. Shane subsequently pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the same university and completed it in 2014.
