Steven Nagle

Steven Nagle possesses extensive experience in recreation and facilities management, having served in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Highlights include positions as Associate Director of Recreation and Wellness at JCC, Manager of Sports & Fitness at Waukegan Park District, and Director of Operations at Glencoe Park District, where interim executive responsibilities were undertaken. As Superintendent of Facilities at Palatine Park District, Steven managed significant capital projects and maintenance programs for a variety of district facilities. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Recreation from Western Illinois University and a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Currently, Steven serves as the Midwest Facilities Director at CubeSmart, focusing on capital projects, facilities management, and customer service in the private sector.
