Suresh Bala

Suresh Bala currently serves as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Cube, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Suresh held several key roles at Workday from August 2018 to February 2023, including Vice President of Industry Products, where Suresh drove product strategy for finance and HR, and Vice President of Product Management for the Workday Adaptive Planning suite. Suresh's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Product Management at Adaptive Insights, contributing significantly to its $1.6 billion acquisition by Workday. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Upper Chord, Oracle, Interlace Systems, i2 Technologies, and Schlumberger Technologies. Suresh holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
