Rachel Phillips

Rachel Phillips has been working in the business and communications fields since 2009. Rachel began their career as a Columnist and Staff Writer for Wolverine Cuizine in 2009. In 2010, they took on the role of Food Network Editorial Intern with the Food Network. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Editor for Outdoor Athlete Magazine and an Assistant Account Executive for C. Milan Communications. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Marketing + Public Relations Strategist for Puccini Group and a Marketing + PR Manager for Back of The House, Inc. In 2018, they took on the role of Communications Lead for the Office of the Vice President for Student Life at the University of Michigan. In 2019, they were Co-Director of Marketing and Communications for Generations Homecare System, and Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Shine & Rise, LLC. Rachel is currently the Director of Sales & Marketing for CubeWorks.

Rachel Phillips attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2022 to 2024, where they earned their Master of Business Administration - MBA. From 2007 to 2010, they attended the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications Studies. In January 2013, they obtained an Introductory Sommelier Certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers.
