Christopher Seidel

Christopher Seidel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Christopher recently worked at Cubic Corporation as the Director of Global Real Estate & Facilities, responsible for managing their extensive real estate portfolio. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager of Global Real Estate at the same company. Before joining Cubic Corporation, Christopher worked at Bollert LeBeau, Inc. as an Associate, where they were responsible for acquiring and managing office and life science properties. Christopher also gained experience as an Analyst at Colony Capital, Inc. and Duff & Phelps, focusing on real estate. Additionally, they have interned at Cubic Corporation, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, and UBS. Christopher's work experience is further enhanced by their foundation in safety and rescue as an Ocean Lifeguard for the City of Del Mar, where they played a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of beach patrons and city residents.

Christopher Seidel has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration - Finance from USC Marshall School of Business. Christopher also completed their high school education at Cathedral Catholic High School. In addition, they hold the LEED Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, obtained in 2016, and the California Real Estate Salesperson's License from the CA Department of Real Estate, obtained in 2013.
