James Luto is an experienced project and programme manager with a strong background in defence and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Cubic Corporation since January 2016, James effectively leads complex projects. Previously at THALES UK from November 2011 to December 2015, James held the position of Senior Programme Manager, overseeing a portfolio of projects, including a £32 million work package for the UK Ministry of Defence and managing a multi-disciplinary team. Earlier roles at THALES include Programme Manager from January 2008 to November 2011, where responsibilities included the final delivery phase of the Sabre Programme, and Junior Programme Manager and Control Account Manager from July 2006 to October 2008. James began the professional journey as a Senior Project Controller at Thales from December 2000 to July 2006. Education culminated at Shoreham College from 1979 to 1988.
