Lee Rickard

Lee Rickard, CPA, ACMA, CGMA, currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Cubic Corporation since September 2025. Prior to this role, Lee held the position of Senior Director of Accounting at Achieve from January 2021 to September 2025 and worked as Assistant Controller for Aerospace at Honeywell from December 2017 to January 2021. Lee's extensive experience also includes roles such as Sales and Marketing Controller at ON Semiconductor, Director and Assistant Controller of Global Accounting at Amkor Technology, Finance Director at American Express, and Director and Assistant Corporate Controller at International Rectifier. Lee began the professional journey as a Financial Accountant at Constellation Brands. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Strategic Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, an ACMA from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and a BA in Accounting from the University of Sunderland.
