Sandhya Sringar

Sandhya Sringar has over 20 years of work experience in software engineering roles. Sandhya has worked at various companies such as Cubic Corporation, Cubic Transportation Systems, Vix Technology, Fair Light On Air Systems, GEMCO RAIL, Timezone Group International, Ogenic On Air Systems, and TVS Electronics. Throughout their career, Sandhya has developed smart card-based embedded devices on various platforms and has worked on several projects worldwide, including Singapore MRT, Sydney SSTS, and Seattle ORCA System. Sandhya has experience leading and mentoring junior engineers and has successfully delivered software products according to project schedules.

Sandhya Sringar attended Bangalore University where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Leadership Foundations from LinkedIn in 2019, as well as Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022.
