Stephen Pearson

Stephen Pearson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, human resources, and operations management. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager, HR Director, and Employee Development and Process Improvement leader at Cubic Applications, Inc. since 2011, Stephen has been responsible for operational efficiency and internal auditing for over 500 personnel. Previously, Stephen held key roles at Marine Corps Central Command and various Marine Corps organizations, advising senior leadership on HR policies, managing personnel services for thousands of service members, and overseeing compliance and performance management. Stephen earned a Master of Business Administration in E-Business from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Business from National Louis University. Notably, Stephen received the Meritorious Service Medal for exemplary service during a 28-year career with the Marine Corps.
