👉 DELEGATION OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Orchestrating the actions of the various parties involved in the realisation of a real estate project.

CUBICS coordinates and supervises on a daily basis, and from start to finish, the various operations required to set up a real estate project. This involves not only regular monitoring of the budgets involved but also a critical and in-depth analysis of the documents and services provided. We act solely on behalf of the client, whom we represent without taking his place.

👉 PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Orchestrating the actions of the various parties involved in the enhancement and development of a property until planning permission is obtained.

Based on an analysis of the legal, technical, financial and economic feasibility of various possible development scenarios, CUBICS helps the project owner to choose a successful project. We then designate and coordinate the various parties involved in the preparation of the permit application file until it is obtained.

👉 TECHNICAL COORDINATION & SIE SUPERVISION
Orchestrating the actions of the various parties involved in the construction of a real estate project.

Whether or not it is combined with project management and development, work coordination is another area of expertise for CUBICS. We intervene to facilitate relations between companies and project owners and to ensure that the work is monitored in compliance with the quality, feasibility and budget criteria set by the latter.
