Project Management

The Project Management team at CubicUp oversees the entire lifecycle of reform projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Comprised of a Construction Manager, Site Manager, Construction Project Manager, and Architect and Project Planner, the team coordinates design, planning, and execution while maintaining communication with clients to navigate challenges and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
