Sofie De Bakker

Sofie De Bakker has extensive work experience spanning several companies. Sofie worked at Cubigo starting in 2018, initially as an Office Manager and later as a Business Controller & Administration. At Cubigo, they helped develop a platform for Senior Living communities to digitize non-clinical services. Prior to Cubigo, Sofie worked as a Customer Success Manager at Prato in 2017. Sofie also held various roles at Ethias, including Project Manager, Dienstverantwoordelijke Autoschade Vlaanderen, Stafmedewerker Levensverzekeringen Particulieren, and Interne Auditor. Before Ethias, Sofie worked at NMBS as a Financieel Controller IT Departement and at ABX-Transport as a Customer Service Officer.

Sofie De Bakker completed a postgraduate course in HR for SMEs at Hogeschool PXL in 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Applied Economic Sciences from UHasselt between 1992 and 1996.
