Each MMF contains specialized stations that manufacture and prepare a complete set of building components just-in-time, delivering them last-mile to construction sites for staged assembly — foundation to finishes — by a four-person, non-specialized crew at up to five times the speed of conventional construction.

Cuby sells production capacity to proven regional builders, not homes to consumers. Builders keep their land strategy, brand, and customer relationships. Cuby provides the manufacturing infrastructure layer that enables scaling.
