Faisal Rahman

Faisal Rahman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Faisal started their career as a Planning Engineer at SHV in 2008, where they were responsible for preparing project plans and schedules for piping projects. Faisal then moved on to work as a Project Engineer at SHV, where they reviewed drawings and developed construction plans. Faisal also worked as an Application Engineer at SHV, where they handled plant erection and customer installation projects.

In 2012, Faisal joined Descon Engineering Limited as a Planning Engineer, where they prepared plans and schedules for piping projects and monitored progress. Faisal later worked as a Piping Engineer, overseeing the execution of piping erection and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Faisal also served as a Senior Proposal & Estimation Engineer at Descon Engineering Limited, where they reviewed tender documents and prepared project estimates.

From 2015 to 2020, Faisal worked at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) in various roles. Faisal served as an Engineer AMI, focusing on advance metering and infrastructure projects. Faisal also worked as a Leak Detection & Network Audit Engineer, where they prepared technical specifications for leak detection projects and sourced equipment and suppliers.

Most recently, Faisal joined Cuculus GmbH in 2020 as a Project Manager for AMI Projects.

Faisal Rahman completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. Faisal attended the university from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Faisal Rahman obtained several certifications. In March 2018, they completed the Construction Estimating Extension, Excel 2016: Cleaning Up Your Data, Learning Data Analytics, and Transitioning Out of Your Job courses from LinkedIn. In February 2018, they also completed the Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines and Managing Your Time courses from LinkedIn. Most recently in December 2021, Faisal obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
