Lars Molske (he/him)

Lars Molske has extensive work experience in various roles in the technology industry and over a decade of experience in the utility industry. In 2007, he started his career as a Security and Software Engineer at Arvato Finance Services Ltd, where he worked until 2010. Lars then joined Echelon Corporation, which eventually became Networked Energy Services (NES) Corporation, initially as a Field Application Engineer from 2010 to 2013 and later as a Technical Account Manager from 2013 to 2015. After leaving NES, Lars joined Ericsson as Senior Solution Architect in the Industry & Society business unit focused on Smart Metering projects and continued his career at Gridco Systems as Director of Technical Sales EMEA building a market for their smart inline voltage regulation technologies. Lars then returned to Networked Energy Services (NES) Corporation and held roles as Senior Product Manager from 2017 to 2018, and later as the Head of Product Management from 2018 to 2022 being responsible for the smart meter, communication platform, and HES Software product portfolio. Most recently, Lars joined Cuculus GmbH in beginning of 2023 as the Director of Product Management driving the company’s product vision and strategy.

Lars Molske attended the University of Bielefeld from 2001 to 2007, where he obtained a graduate degree in computer science. During his studies, Lars focused on the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Networks, System Safety & Security and Computational Linguistics.
