Chantel Li is a skilled product designer with extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently serving as a Product Designer for dolls at cuddle+kind since September 2023. Prior to this role, Chantel worked as a Senior Product Developer for sweaters and knits at Tilley from November 2020 to September 2023. Chantel's career includes significant contributions at Roots as a Designer for kids, toddler, and baby apparel from July 2017 to November 2020, and at Sears Canada in various roles focused on infants and menswear from April 2015 to July 2017. Chantel also gained valuable experience at Joe Fresh, holding multiple positions related to sourcing and production in women's activewear and functional outerwear, from October 2008 to April 2015. Chantel began the professional journey as a Design Assistant at Cotton Ginny from July 2006 to June 2008 and holds an education from the International Academy of Design and Technology, attended from 2007 to 2009.

In 2019, the founders of cuddle+kind were the recipients of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year award, Special Citation Award, and the EY Social Entrepreneur Award.
