John Cantu is the warehouse manager at CUDDLY, a position they have held since September 2019. Prior to that, they were operations manager at CWG from August 2018 to September 2019. There, they oversaw a 2-million-dollar budget, product inventory, testing and repair productivity rates, and company revenue. In addition, they led the conversion to a cloud-based inventory system from a company created software and spearheaded new hire training to follow a multi-point test and repair process for cellular devices following R2 Guidelines.

Before joining CWG, John Cantu worked as supply chain inbound quality assurance at FedEx Supply Chain from August 2017 to May 2018. There, they oversaw 20-40 employee’s productivity through Labour Tracking Software and met daily with executive management to evaluate employee performance. John also specialized in product quality testing new business development and shipping activities for AT&T Mobility electronic devices. In addition, they performed quality tests and FAI on all incoming shipments for all AT&T Vendors. Furthermore, they ran and provided daily/monthly reporting on quality activities to AT&T and consistently met and adhered to 48-hour service level agreement for all incoming shipments. Lastly, they provided testing data on AT&T repair vendor to AT&T to ensure the quality of the devices going to the field.

John Cantu attended Tarrant County College for both Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology. John received their H.S Diploma from Diamond Hill Jarvis H.S.
