Prior to this role, Matthew held various senior positions at Atlas Iron Limited, including General Manager Technical Services and Integrated Planning, Integrated Planning and Port Manager, Production Planning and Logistics Manager, and Geology Manager from February 2007 to March 2021. Matthew's expertise encompasses mine geology, exploration, resource development, integrated planning, supply chain management, and port operations. Earlier career roles include West Pilbara Mine Geology Superintendent at Rio Tinto, and positions at Australian Bulk Minerals and Linton Gold, following an initial role as Exploration Geologist.
