Michiel Das has a diverse work experience, ranging from founding their own startups to working with leading companies in the healthtech and insurtech industry. In 2021, they became the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) for Cuideo\u00ae in Spain and France. Michiel also joined Google for Startups EU as a participant in their Accelerator Europe program. In 2015, they founded Employer Branding Lab \ud83d\ude80 and in 2014 they founded Hackathon Spain \ud83d\udcbb. In 2017, they became a visiting professor of Digital Marketing, Growth & Branding at The Valley Digital Business School. In 2021, they became an Associate Professor of Marketing Automation, Search Engines & CRO at EU Business School. In 2019, they became an Associate Professor of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) at Nuclio Digital School and the Program Director of the Master in Digital Marketing & Growth Hacking in Madrid (Spanish), Program Director of the Master in Digital Traffic Management & Growth in Barcelona (Spanish), and Program Director of the Online Master in Digital Marketing & Growth Hacking (English). In 2015, they became an Employer Branding & Personal Branding Associate Professor, Tutor of the Master's Final Projects at EAE Business School. In 2022, they became an Associate Professor of Growth Hacking & CRO at ESERP Business & Law School. In 2022, they also became a Visiting Professor of Employer Branding at CETT_UB Tourism & Hospitality, Education/Research.

Michiel Das has an extensive educational background. Michiel obtained a Sciences-Mathematics Graduate from Sint-Jozefinstituut Bokrijk between 1999 and 2005. Michiel then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Management from KU Leuven between 2005 and 2009, followed by a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution in 2010. In 2016, they completed an Online Entrepreneurship degree from Universitat d'Alacant and a Bachelor's Degree in Ciències de la Comunicació (Communication Sciences) from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. In 2019, they completed a Startup Financing and Growth for Customer-Funded Businesses course from London Business School. Additionally, Michiel Das has obtained several certifications, including a Certificación Google Ads from Google in 2016, a Digital Marketing Certification from IAB Spain in 2016, a Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) from Google in 2016, a DoubleClick Search Fundamentals Certification from DoubleClick in 2016, a Google Digital Analytics Fundamentals Certificate from Google in 2013, and a Food Handler Certificate (Manipulador de Alimentos de Alto Riesgo) from AECOSAN in 2013.
