Located in London, Culbert Ellis is a premier boutique law firm established in 2006, specialising in technology, media, and business law. Founded by a trio of tech lawyers from major firms, we offer modern, responsive, and expert legal services in areas including commercial contracts, corporate transactions, intellectual property, employment, regulatory matters, and commercial property.

Recognised by The Legal 500 and Chambers, our team comprises seasoned lawyers from prominent backgrounds, ensuring partner-level contact and personalised attention for each client. Our expertise is especially strong in technology and media, advocating for entrepreneurial clients against larger counterparts.

Culbert Ellis stands out for its cost-effective high-quality service. Our flexible pricing models, such as success-based and fixed fees, cater to diverse client needs while offering budget certainty. This approach, along with our efficient operations, challenges larger firms in value and service quality.

As co-founders of the International Commercial Law Alliance (ICLA), alongside Dutch Top-40 firm DVAN, our reach extends globally, with members in more than 45 jurisdictions. This international network positions us to assist clients with a myriad of international requirements, reinforcing our ability to handle complex, cross-border legal challenges.

We redefine legal service standards by winning work usually dominated by larger firms and advising high-profile clients, including Dragons Den investors. Our blend of innovative methods, technical expertise, and rapid response marks us as a leading choice for modern business legal needs.
