Culham Campus: The UK’s Fusion and AI Innovation Cluster
Culham Campus is the UK’s leading cluster for fusion energy and artificial intelligence - where world-class research meets commercial opportunity.
Owned and managed by the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), the campus is home to over 2,500 people across pioneering public and private sector organisations. As the heart of the UK’s fusion programme and a growing base for AI and fusion, Culham offers the environment, infrastructure, and talent to drive scientific progress and industrial growth.
We now have new opportunities available for flexible lease spaces across campus — including laboratories, offices, and warehouses — ideal for companies operating in fusion and AI.
Tenants benefit from:
✅ Flexible leasing arrangements
✅ On-site collaboration with world-class scientists and engineers
✅ Access to a secure, serviced campus with technical facilities
✅ A location at the centre of Oxfordshire’s fusion and science innovation corridor
Whether you're scaling a breakthrough start-up or expanding a global R&D program, Culham Campus offers a unique platform to accelerate innovation and shape the future of clean energy and intelligent systems.
