Andrew Beard

Andrew Beard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, research, and hospitality. Currently serving as a Guest Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Andrew taught various subjects at Hawthorne Academy of Health Sciences. Previous roles include Graduate Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the University of Connecticut, where Andrew focused on physiological mechanisms of ovulation and received recognition for teaching excellence. Earlier experience at Outback Steakhouse involved progression from Bus Boy to server and bartender with top sales rankings. Currently, Andrew works at Culinary Dropout, consistently achieving high sales and guest satisfaction while training new staff.
