Malcolm Warrack

Malcolm Warrack founded Cullen Property in 1998 alongside Ray Hartman and led the company until retiring from their executive role in May 2018. With over 50 years of experience in the property industry, Malcolm initially worked as a Chartered Surveyor from 1966 to 1996 before transitioning to the residential private rented sector. They served as Director at Senate International Edinburgh Ltd from 1996 to 1998 and as Managing Director at Malcolm Developments Ltd from 1984 to 1996. Malcolm is a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA) and is now fully retired after selling their shares in Cullen Property.
