Culture Shock Foundation is one of the first NGOs in Poland to create innovative solutions supporting the wellbeing and organizational resilience of NGOs and cultural institutions. These solutions combine knowledge and experience in preventing burnout with culture, art, and new technologies.

We conduct well-being workshops, leadership development, burnout prevention, team management, and advocacy activities. We provide training on new technologies and promote their wise and ethical use. We create innovative digital products, e-learning courses, educational materials, articles, reports, and educational and cultural activity scenarios.

We have been operating continuously for over fourteen years, supporting hundreds of people from dozens of institutions and organizations annually. So far, we have completed more than 70 national projects (ranging from district-level to nationwide) and 10 international ones, collaborating with partners from 24 countries across Europe and the world.
