CultureID is a neuroscience-based workforce intelligence platform that helps leaders uncover hidden risks, regain lost productivity, and eliminate guesswork. Our aim is to turn culture into a measurable business advantage.

Unlike traditional engagement tools that stop at data, CultureID provides an entire culture system. Our platform combines diagnostics with clear, science-based guidance and practical tools leaders can put to use right away. We help shape strategic direction from the executive suite to every employee who shows up to work.

Under the leadership of CEO Kelly Burns and Founder Don Rheem, a foremost authority in leadership science, CultureID blends behavioral science with real-world application. Don’s expertise – showcased in TEDx talks, his Forbes-published book Thrive By Design, and thousands of executive workshops – along with his team, has helped organizations across industries transform how people work and lead together.

What sets us apart:
• Rooted in neuroscience, guided by principles from Adult Attachment and Social Baseline Theory.
• Built for diverse work environments, with specialized tools tailored to the realities of deskless teams in industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality.
• We are more than a survey company. Our culture system combines strategic reporting for executives with a structured action plan for managers to ensure leaders at every level act on the data.
• CultureAI, a real-time, science-trained AI coach offering personalized support directly to managers based on their team’s actual data.

Proven effective across more than 1,800 organizations, CultureID empowers leaders to strengthen culture in ways that fuel performance, retention, and bottom-line results.
