Since 2015, Skip has supported owners and operators within the Culver Franchising System, focusing on markets in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and South Dakota, while emphasizing relationship building, coaching, and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Skip served as a regional director at Atlas Foods, overseeing a high-volume group of family-owned restaurants, and held the position of VP Operations at Buffets, Inc., managing 61 locations and leading a team of area directors.
