David Phan

David Phan has extensive experience in the field of network engineering and operations. David started their career in 2012 as a Staging Coordinator/System Administrator at AUS Information Systems, where they were responsible for configuring and staging computer network equipment, scheduling technicians for installations, and assisting with troubleshooting. In 2013, they joined Trextel as a Network Engineer II, where they led the Network Operations Center (NOC) team for managed services projects and provided tier 3 support for clients. David also designed and maintained internal corporate networks, configured routers and switches, and implemented security measures. At Conquest Technologies, Inc., from 2014 to 2016, David served as a NOC Engineer, further enhancing their skills in network operations. David then joined GE Digital in 2016 as a Staff Network Operations Engineer, contributing to network operations and support. Currently, David is employed at Cumberland Group as a Sr. Network Security Engineer, where they continue to use their expertise in network security.

David Phan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2011 to 2013. David also obtained several certifications from Cisco, including Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching in December 2016, Cisco Certified Network Associate Security in January 2015, and Cisco CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate in 2014.
