Ashwin Kumar

Ashwin Kumar, PMP, is an experienced professional in project planning and management, currently serving as Associate Director for Leased Portfolio Planning at Cumming Group since December 2021, focusing on program planning, schedule operations, and data center construction. Prior to this role, Ashwin held key positions at Turner & Townsend, including Global Planning Manager for Google, managing various projects across multiple domains to support data center needs, and Project Controls Manager for major hyperscale data center projects. Previous experience includes significant roles at KBR, Inc., where Ashwin directed planning efforts for large-scale projects, and at Casey Industrial as a Senior Construction Planner. Ashwin obtained a Master of Technology in Construction Management from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tamilnadu College of Engineering, supplemented by online courses in business disciplines from The Wharton School.
