Ian Morris is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in contract and commercial management within the highways, rail, aviation, and water sectors. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from The University of Glamorgan from 1992 to 1996. Ian served as a Commercial Consultant at Transport for Wales from 2016 to 2020 and currently holds the position of Senior Director at Cumming Group, beginning in 2025. They also held a Senior Director role at ChandlerKBS in 2024. Ian is a member of both MRICS and MCIHT.
