John Olsson

John Olsson has over 40 years of extensive experience in commercial, education, and public construction, specializing in program and project management, value engineering, project controls, and scheduling. Currently a Senior Vice President at Cumming, they focus on project management assignments in Northern California, particularly in K-12 and higher education sectors. Prior to this, John held leadership roles at Q Builders, Cambridge CM Inc., Allana Buick & Bers, and Hathaway Dinwiddie. They earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University and are accredited as LEED, DBIA, and hold California General Building Contractor licenses.
