Michael Gardner

Michael Gardner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the facilities management and furniture industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Cumming Group since August 2018, Michael has progressed through various roles including Director, Associate Director, and Senior Project Manager. Prior to Cumming Group, Michael held the position of Senior Project Manager at Cresa and worked as a Commercial Furniture and Facilities Services Consultant. As General Manager at Empire Facility Services, Michael oversaw operations in providing creative solutions for facility needs. Michael’s career also includes roles at Legacy Group and Roberts Rents, where leadership and managerial responsibilities were key. Michael holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.
