Randy Munoz

Randy Munoz possesses extensive experience in labor compliance and project management, currently serving as a Labor Compliance Analyst at Cumming Group since August 2025. Previously, Randy held various roles at The Solis Group from September 2021 to September 2023, including Labor Compliance Analyst II, Labor Compliance Analyst III, and Project Manager. Randy's earlier experience includes serving as a Community Service Officer for Community Service Organization from October 2011 to March 2015, where the focus was on student safety and security in collaboration with the Police Department. Additionally, Randy worked at Oracle as an Oracle Database Consultant and Team Lead from June 2019 to March 2020, where responsibilities involved managing sales cycles and client relationships. Randy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, graduating in 2015.
