Sonny Jester

Sonny Jester, J.D., MCIArb, is the Senior Vice President at Cumming Group, specializing in development and construction consulting, risk identification and mitigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Previously, Jester held various leadership roles, including Director of Dispute Resolution & Avoidance at Cumming Group and Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where they provided strategic solutions for the construction industry. With extensive experience in litigation as an equity partner at renowned law firms, Jester has a strong background in commercial, contract, and construction law. They earned a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and a BA in History from the University of Georgia.
