Founded July 2021 by Amanda Jo Liscouski, Cumulus Dance is a nonprofit organization providing space and community for modern+contemporary dancers aged 18+ to gather and practice their art in the greater Charlottesville, Virginia area.

Clouds represent our dance dreams and all the unique shapes whereby they can be fulfilled.  Our dance skills and other talents are *cumulative* -- our capacity for artistic expression becomes richer and deeper the more life we’ve lived.   https://www.cumulusdance.org/origins

TRAIN
We offer modern+contemporary dance classes and workshops on a sliding scale.  Scholarships and work study options available.
