Ferdiansyah has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Guest Service Associate at Cunard since June 2024. Prior roles include Duty Manager positions at Pullman Jakarta Central Park and Saripacific Jakarta, as well as various management roles at Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah, and Raffles Jakarta, where responsibilities ranged from front office supervision to customer service.
