Stephen Maddocks

Stephen Maddocks has extensive experience in the engineering and construction sector, currently serving as a Partner at Cundall since February 2008 and previously working as a Technical Bid Manager at Catalyst Lend Lease Limited and as an Associate Director at Building Design Partnership. Stephen began his career as a Design Engineer at DSSR and held various roles, including Associate at Hoare Lea and Capital Estates Officer at Trafford NHS Trust. Stephen's educational background includes a B.Eng (Hons) in Building Services Engineering from the University of Lancashire. Since December 2024, Stephen has been retired.
