Cunningham & Co. is not a conventional law firm. We work with entrepreneurs and business owners who are building something meaningful and enduring. You make difficult decisions, take real risks, and carry significant responsibility. Our role is to protect what you’ve built with thoughtful, strategic legal advice that supports confident action.

Our founder began her legal career at one of Canada’s largest law firms, working on complex legal matters for sophisticated clients. That experience shaped a deep appreciation for the role strong legal counsel plays in helping businesses grow, manage risk, and move forward with clarity. It also reinforced a simple belief: business owners deserve access to this level of counsel throughout every stage of growth.

Cunningham & Co. was established to serve entrepreneurs and business owners with commercially grounded legal advice delivered with care, discretion, and perspective. We believe the best legal relationships are built on trust, sound judgment, and a shared commitment to long-term success.
