The entrepreneur with an eye for the opportunity and the lawyer that assesses and manages the risk. That’s a rare combination of skills. I am also a confident and robust negotiator having spent many hours and days negotiating and settling large multi-million euro IT disputes on behalf of Dell Technologies.

I previously co-founded Blackrock Technologies, a consulting firm focused on assisting IT organisations navigate complex software licensing audits and the associated enforcement of the software vendors’ intellectual property rights.
