Chuck Pfeffer has extensive work experience in product marketing and management, strategic alliances, and engineering.
Starting in June 2023, they are currently employed at Cupix as the VP of Product Marketing.
Prior to that, Chuck worked at FARO Technologies from September 2021 to March 2023 as the Director of Strategic Alliances. Before that role, they held the position of Director of Product Management and Product Marketing for 3D Metrology from January 2016 to September 2021. From May 2008 to January 2016, they served as the Director of Product Management for 3D Imaging, and from January 2002 to May 2008, they were a Product Manager for Laser Tracker at FARO Technologies.
Chuck also has previous experience at SMX Laser Trackers, where they held various roles, including Manager of Aerospace Systems from May 1998 to January 2002, Manager of Engineering Services from January 1996 to May 1998, and Senior Metrology Applications Engineer from December 1994 to December 1995.
Before SMX Laser Trackers, Chuck worked as a Design Engineer at ARCO Chemical from 1992 to 1993 and at American Electronics Labs from 1991 to 1992.
Chuck'searly career started at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Senior Staff Analyst from June 1988 to September 1991.
Chuck Pfeffer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Science - Math from Penn State University, which they obtained between 1984 and 1988. Chuck then went on to pursue another Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, which they obtained between 1991 and 1994. In addition to their educational background, Chuck has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Chuck holds The Counselor Salesperson Certificate from Wilson Learning, which they obtained in September 2012. In September 2006, they obtained a Product Design and Development Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to that, in September 2003, they completed the Successful Product Management certification from the American Management Association. Finally, in October 1994, Chuck obtained the EIT - Part I of Professional Engineer Designation from the NCEES.
