James Love has worked in the AECO sector for over 40 years. James began their career in 1980 as a Physical Science Technician at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS). In 1985, they moved on to Ecoflo, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, where they were involved with the negotiation of a major Pharmaceutical contract. In 1988, they joined Chemical Waste Management, Inc. as a Technical Sales Representative and Senior Project Manager. During their time there, they increased territory revenue from $900K to $3.0M (20% profit) in less than three years. In 1994, they began working as an Account Manager at ENSCI Environmental, Inc., where they advised clients on waste stream identification, sampling, containerization, transportation, storage, treatment, and disposal. In 1995, they joined Froehling & Robertson, Inc. as a Business Development Manager, where they increased territory revenue from $900K to $3.4M (12% profit) in less than five years. In 2011, they began working at Prism Laboratories, Inc. as a Business Development Representative responsible for growing existing and new business throughout the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic US. In 2014, they joined IMAGINiT Technologies as an Account Executive in the AEC Sector. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Cupix as an Optimizing Digital Twins for AECO Professionals across the Southeastern US via 360° Technology.

James Love attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a BS in Biology/Chemistry. James then attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1984 for Graduate Studies in Chemistry.
