Simon (Seockhoon) Bae

Simon (Seockhoon) Bae has an extensive work experience in the technology industry. Simon (Seockhoon) began their career in 1996 as a Postdoctoral Researcher at RICOH Software Research Center. The following year, they took on a similar role at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 1998, they founded INUS Technology, a Seoul-based software company developing Rapidform software series. In 2004, they founded Rapidform, Inc. and served as its CEO. In 2010, they founded VisPower Technology, Inc. and served as its CEO. In 2013, 3D Systems acquired VisPower and they became the CTO of Cloud Strategy. In 2015, they founded Cupix and currently serves as its CEO, working hard to provide an incredibly easy and fast way to capture sites in 3D.

Simon (Seockhoon) Bae completed their PhD in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from Seoul National University in 1995.
